Tips on buying a second hand car using Zampost Cars Bureau:

  1. Do I need a budget? - YES! Make sure that you have a clear budget and set aside the necessary cash you need to buy your dream car.
  2. Browse and select you car from the Post Office - Browse and select the car of your choice at the nearest Post office at NO EXTRA COST.
  3. Process and print your invoice - The customer care officers will assist you to process and print an invoice
  4. Is pre-shipment inspection important? - YES! Not only is it a LEGA REQUIREMENT, it is also important beacause it guarantees that the vehicle is ROAD WORTHY.
  5. What payment options are available? The customer will be advised the total cost of the purchase of the vehicle (i.e C.I.F + Transfer fees) at the current market ruling rate. Thereafter, the customer can pay using CASH, MANAGERS CHEQUE and/or BANK TRANSFER into the designated accounts provided at the post office.
  6. Confirmations? - Email confirmations of receipt of funds from the car dealers working with Zampost are sent within 24 hours of payment.
  7. How Can I be protected from Cyber Fraud? - Ab an authorised agent, Zampost Cars Bureau will ensure that the transfer of funds is sent to the genuine bank account of the car dealer(s).This is a guarantee that your funds are safe and secure.
  8. Computer generated receipts - Customers will be issued with a computer generated receipt to confirm payment.
