HOW TO SEND MONEY

  • NO NEED to fill out a form
  • Simply go to the counter and provide your (sender’s) details    and receiver’s details
  • Money is INSTANTLY available for collection at the receiving    office
  • SMS notification
  • Give the receiver the:
        Transaction number
        Sender's names
        Amount sent
        Where the money is coming from (town of origin)
  • A test question should be provided when you know the receiver does not have a valid ID.

    • NOTE: The maximum amount one can send per transaction is K10, 000

    However, there is NO limit to the number of transactions you can make in a day!!!

HOW TO RECEIVE MONEY

  • NO NEED to fill out a form
  • Simply go to the counter and provide the following:
        Transaction number
        Sender's names
        Amount sent
        Where the money is coming from (town of origin)
  • Present your valid identification of either NATIONAL REGISTRATION CARD or VALID PASSPORT or DRIVER’S LICENCE
  • Provide the answer to the test question if necessary
  • SMS notification
  • No need to have a bank account to receive money.
