World Post Day 2021

The Universal Postal Union will hold its annual celebration of World Post Day virtually this year.
The theme of this year's World Post Day is "Innovate to recover."

Programme:
10:00 a.m. – Opening ceremony
10:25 a.m. – “Innovate to recover” interactive session
11:15 a.m. – Recognition of Poste Italiane employees for intercepting the letter addressed to Pope Francis containing bullets
11:30 a.m. – Awards for the UPU’s Integrated Index for Postal Development (2IPD)
12:00 p.m. – “Best of the Best Letters” competition to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the UPU’s International Letter-Writing Competition for Young People
12:30 p.m. – Closing ceremony
