Introducing the Zampost Money

The Zampost Money is an improvement of the SwiftCash Money Transfer. It has an e-wallet on it and other value added features such as Bill Payment Service.
The Zampost e-Wallet Solution has two main components:

• Local Money Transfer - Allows users to sign up by providing KYC details and transfer and or (Peer to Peer) and receive funds.


• Bill Payment – This is a value add that allows e-wallet users to purchase services (bills) such as Utility (Electricity, water, International Money Transfers, Pay for Postal Services, Airtime, Pay TV etc.)

The following procedures will apply;
Registration of the customers for the E-wallet services will be done using the following methods:

• Post office Branch – Customers will be able to walk through into a post office outlet and have their e-wallet account registered. The KYC forms attached have to be completed to ensure that the e-wallet is activated.

• Remote USSD based – Customer can dial the Zampost short code *881# request for registration by entering the KYC details. For security purposes the USSD registration mechanism will be locked to one user per 1 device
